Refund & Return Policy
At Wilde Gourmet, we take great pride in curating high-quality gourmet gift boxes, regional food selections, and specialty wines. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition.
This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.

1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products - including food items, wine, and other perishable or consumable goods - we are unable to accept returns once orders have been delivered.
All sales of food and beverage products are final.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your hamper or any item inside arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the affected item(s) or issue a refund.
To process this, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

We will arrange a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
For same-day or next-day deliveries: cancellations must be received within 2 hours of placing the order.
For pre-ordered or subscription boxes: cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch.
Once your order has been prepared for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
4. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate.
We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If the hamper is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery fees may apply.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Gift Orders
If you have received a Wilde hamper as a gift and something is damaged or missing, please contact us directly. We will be happy to assist with a replacement.
7. Subscription Boxes (Wilde Gourmet Club)
For 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscriptions:
Refunds for delivered boxes cannot be issued.
You may pause or update your delivery address at least 5 days before dispatch.
If a subscription payment fails, deliveries may be paused until payment is completed.
8. Complying With Maltese & EU Law
This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations and applicable Maltese laws regarding perishable goods, distance selling, and digital commerce.
